prepare their photos for use in the video introduction.

Choose around 20 photos from your albums. This is usually 10 photos each, but it can be 8 photos each plus 4 photos of you together. Whatever you choose, 20 photos total is about right.

Now lay them on the table or suitable place to put them into some sort of order. The youngest photos through to the oldest works best. Perhaps the youngest girl photo then the youngest boy etc. Or you can use all girl then all boy finishing with pictures of you together. Take a look at the order you have put them in. This is the order you will see them on the video so make sure you are both happy with it.

You need to number them. The best way to do this is with post-it notes stuck on the reverse of each photo. Use a pencil to write the numbers. Pens of any sort can stain the photos so don't use them. You can also put any additional comment on the post-it.

Package them safely, making sure you dont remove the post-it notes, into an envelope designed for photos.

When Bluebell receives the photos they are removed from the envelope, scanned, returned to the envelope and put away for return to you with the completed video.
