Here are some questions that are asked by Bluebell couples.

Q. When should we meet you to discuss all our wedding day?

A. About a month before the wedding you will receive your guide from Bluebell Video. You can then call to make an appointment at your convenience for about 2-3 weeks before the wedding day.

Q. When do we need to have our photos, title form and cds ready for you?

A. Two weeks before the wedding is ok. I usually collect these when we meet.

Q. Will you ask us to do anything on our wedding day?

A. You do not have to pose for the video. You just let things happen. You can enjoy your day and the video will reflect that.

Q. I am really shy of video cameras, will this make me nervous?

A. Absolutely not. Almost everybody says that they forgot the video was being made. Bluebell is unobtrusive, and doesn't stick around the Bride and Groom constantly.

Q. Is it usual for the vicar to make a charge to allow filming inside the church?

A. If you want the service filmed you will have to pay this charge even if you do not use a professional cameraman.. It covers the copyright of the service so that it can be recorded. The price varies from church to church, but is usually around £50.

Q. Where will you film from during the service?

A. The filming takes place from wherever the Minister or Registrar permits. It will be filmed from a static position on a tripod so that it does not interfere with the service. But Bluebell will always ask for the best position, usually facing the Bride.

Q. Will we need to provide food for you on the day?

A. No. I will provide my own lunch which I usually have at the most convenient time.

Q. Do you carry a second camera for emergency?

A. Yes!

Q. When is the final payment due?

A. Final payment is due 14 days before the wedding. You will receive an invoice in your guide that is sent to you before our meeting.

Q. Do you accept Visa cards?

A. Bluebell Video accepts Mastercard, Visa or Delta cards. You can also use a cheque payable to Bluebell Video.

Q. We want copies of our video for our parents. When can we order them?

A. You can order before or after the wedding. It is your choice. The advantage of ordering before is that you will receive them with the completed video.

Q. Can our guests order videos from you?

A. You will be asked if it is okay for guests to order videos direct. Then they can order direct from Bluebell over the phone. This takes away the time and stress of you getting bulk orders together.

Q. We want a DVD of our wedding. Should we order now?

A. Yes, if you know that you want a DVD you should order now. It will be cheaper than ordering it later because it is cheaper to produce a full DVD when all the data from your wedding is still on the computer.

Q. When will our Wedding Video be ready.

A. The video, along with any preordered videos and DVDs, will be ready 2 to 4 weeks after the wedding.
